We are looking for a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with seasonal pool openings, closings, and regular pool cleaning services. If you enjoy working outdoors, are detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic, this is the perfect position for you!
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with opening and closing pools for the season.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and scrubbing pool surfaces.
- Maintain pool equipment and chemicals, ensuring proper water balance.
- Inspect and clean pool filters, pumps, and other equipment as needed.
- Handle general maintenance tasks such as emptying baskets and cleaning pool covers.
- Assist with minor repairs as directed by senior staff.
- Ensure the safety of the work environment and proper use of equipment.
- Communicate with clients regarding pool maintenance services.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in pool cleaning or general labor is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work physically.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude with clients.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
