AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE - STUDENT TECHNICIAN
Platinum Preowned located at 1119 Harrisburg Pike Carlisle, Pa 17013 is seeking an Automotive Service Student Technician to join our team!
- A valid State Driver’s License is required for employment
- Licensed for PA State Inspections and Emissions (can be obtained after hire)
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN (include but are not limited to):
- Evaluate & Perform Required & Recommended Maintenance Repairs
- Perform Lube, Oil and Filter changes
- Observe seasoned technicians
- Take guidance from shop leaders and management
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN ROLE:
- Willing to complete manufacturer training and certifications
- Self-Motivated with an excellent attitude
- Team Player
- Dependability
- Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong desire to learn automotive mechanical diagnosis and repair
