Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Post Construction Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our team of cleaning professionals. As the supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all post-construction cleaning work is completed to the highest standards. Your duties will include managing schedules, ordering supplies, delivering supplies and providing training to the team to ensure they are equipped to handle any cleaning challenge that arises.
Any experience is a plus but not required. Must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. We will train you to attain the knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper disposal techniques, and safety procedures. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a team of cleaning professionals to ensure the proper execution and productivity of post-construction cleaning tasks.
- Conduct site inspections before and after jobs, assessing timing, feasibility, and quality.
- Supply equipment and supplies as needed from home office.
- Prioritize daily work lists, assign teams, and provide training and guidance to the crew.
- Ensure completion of daily time sheets and weekly reports.
- Serve as the main point of contact with clients on job sites, ensuring superior customer service.
- Maintain and enforce strict adherence to machinery maintenance and safety standards.
- Manage staff to ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.
- Close all assigned work orders with proper documentation within designated timeframes.
