Position Summary :
The Senior Director of FP&A will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, providing insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the CFO, this leader will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while managing and mentoring a high-performing team of two direct reports.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of the company's financial planning and analysis processes.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with company objectives.
