Duties :

Capture and consolidate business requirements from people throughout the business

Analyse and validate these requirements against existing business processes and systems

Perform gap analysis and design solutions that will deliver the outcomes required.

Analyse and document project and business requirement.

Translate technical and business terms, ensuring alignment on goals.

Required skills :

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with experience across Data, Technology and / or Agri Tech desirable.

Demonstrated experience in gathering and evaluating business requirements and capabilities.

Experience in conducting workshops and facilitating collaborative sessions.

Proficiency in Power BI, and SQL, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and reports.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
