About the role :
You will provide Level 1 and 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person while maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role also involves supporting staff onboarding and offboarding processes, such as account setup, hardware / software configuration, and providing training. Additionally, you will document support activities for knowledge sharing and work collaboratively with the IT team to improve service delivery.
