What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Platinum Rentals, LLC?
The main responsibilities of this position is to answer incoming calls from customers making payments or making payment arrangements, answering the customers' questions on their accounts, and to process payments. It also includes making outgoing calls to customers who are delinquent on their accounts.
Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Job skills include being able to multitask with answering incoming calls, making payments, and making outgoing calls. We want someone with an upbeat attitude who enjoys helping customers.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
An office dress code is also required.
