JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled Fractional HR Manager to support our organization's human resources needs on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible opportunity. The position requires a strong background in HR operations, compliance, and employee relations, with an emphasis on fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Employee Relations and Onboarding :
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Manage payroll processing and related tax filings in collaboration with finance and payroll vendors.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and company culture initiatives.
Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and performance management.
