A top AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking patent agents to join our Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group.
Locations: Atlanta, Denver, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, Washington, DC, Houston, Kansas City, or Phoenix offices.
The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.
Preferred experience:
- Patent prosecution in either electrical engineering or software-related technologies; and/or
- Data science/ AI, or networking technologies, especially network security is encouraged; and/or
- Machine learning/artificial intelligence (in addition to data science) and hardware security.
- Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience, and superb writing and communication skills
Compensation: Salary will range between $110,000 - $190,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
