We are seeking skilled Press Brake Operators & Programmers to join our dynamic team in the Greater Twin Cities Area. Located in Minneapolis, MN, our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including Accurpress, Trumpf, and Cincinnati press brakes. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Set up and operate press brake machines for production runs.
Program and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and quality.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and requirements.
Utilize shop math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs and challenges.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or Programmer.

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Experience with machine setups for production runs.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in shop math and blueprint reading.

Familiarity with Accurpress, Trumpf, and Cincinnati press brake machines is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Positions Available :

Press Brake Operator & Programmer

Wage : Up to $27 / hr

Operate and program press brake machines to shape metal.

1-3 years of experience, blueprint reading, and quality checks required.

Press Brake Lead & Programmer

Wage : Up to $33 / hr

Lead and program press brake machines for production runs.

Leadership experience and 1 years of programming required.

Experienced Press Brake Operator & Programmer

Wage : Up to $24 / hr

Set up, program , and operate press brakes.

3 years of experience and Accurpress experience preferred.

Press Brake Operator (2nd Shift)

Wage : Up to $28 / hr

Operate and program press brake machines .

Prior experience with blueprint reading and machine maintenance needed.
