Platinum Technologies is seeking a Digital Communications Manager/Content Strategist to join our fast-growing company. This is a client-facing position where you will be responsible for regular performance monitoring, reporting, and testing to generate data driven insights that optimize the International Trade Administration’s CRM (Email, Push, and Digital) efforts.
The right person for this role has great people skills along with analytical abilities and strong statistical knowledge to deliver actionable insights to decision-making stakeholders.
What you get to do.
•Manage contracts for digital communications tools (social, email, etc.)
•Support ITA users with training and troubleshooting on digital communications tools
•Supports ITA BUs with all facets of content campaign lifecycle
•Support ITA Outreach in digital communications strategy, content production/editing, calendaring
•Serves as principle point of contact for the use of digital communication tools (social, email, etc.)
•Develops and executes content strategy
•Identify/assist developing and/or creating articulation of customer goals, resources, and timelines on a project-by-project basis
•Create calendars for content production including what pieces of content for what channels, necessary timelines for production/review/clearance, fallback plans for non-completed/non-cleared elements
•Work closely with the Digital Experience leadership to develop creative solutions that help stakeholders maximize their reach across multiple digital platforms.
•Develop customer journeys based on stakeholder desired digital footprint
•Lead the development and maintenance of traditional and non-traditional key performance indicators (KPIs) based on reporting and tracking conversion data
•Strategic thinker with the proven ability to understand complex technical challenges
•Working closely with the analytics team to:
•Generate improvements in site experience, applications, and performance.
•Monitor live tests including reporting and analysis
•Create the approach/strategy for ad hoc surveys needed to support market targeting for Outreach
Required Skills.
•B.S. Degree
•Minimum five (5) years of experience in federal agencies
•Minimum five (5) years of experience.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Desired Skills.
•Deep analytical mindset that is obsessed with tracking and improving KPIs
•Working experience with optimization and targeting tools
•Proficiency in key web analytics tool such as SEMRush, Optimizely, Crazy Egg, Qualtrics
•Proficiency with Likert Scale (and related scales) testing
•Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting, and ability to do deep data analysis and drive recommendations to senior leadership.
•Ability to define/build/target segments based on qualitative and quantitative research.
•Ability to analyze and report on ROI of digital marketing / sales efforts.
•Understanding of relational databases, SQL and familiarity with data processing/aggregation.
•Working experience with analytics tagging / tag management
•Deep understanding of conversion/persuasion best practices and the ability to apply that knowledge to business objectives and projects
•Ability to manage multiple projects with rapidly changing variables and eager to take end-to-end ownership with little supervision
•Self-starter who is open to feedback and learning

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
