As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with Platinum Therapy, you will serve in-person/hybrid roles throughout California, offering school-based speech and language services. This role includes conducting comprehensive evaluations, delivering IEP-directed therapy sessions, and collaborating with educational teams to ensure each student’s success. $50-$80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), your responsibilities include:

• Providing school-based evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services to students.
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations for initial eligibility or re-evaluations.
• Documenting therapy sessions promptly and maintaining compliance with relevant guidelines.
• Developing and implementing IEPs, attending IEP meetings, and working collaboratively with educators.

To excel as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will need:

• California State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License (required).
• Experience working in a school setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students and staff.
• Good organizational abilities to manage multiple caseloads and ensure timely documentation.
