- Develop and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for initial eligibility and re-evaluations
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions
- Attend IEP meetings to provide input and collaborate with educators and families
- Partner with teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
- Stay current with best practices in speech therapy and school-based interventions
- Oregon Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Proven experience working in a school-based setting
- Strong skills in conducting assessments and collaborating with IEP teams
- Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
