- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for initial eligibility and re-evaluations

- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights to shape effective educational strategies
- Stay informed on industry best practices in speech therapy and pediatric education
- Oregon Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Experience conducting assessments and providing therapy in a school setting
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of an IEP team
- Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills
