Duties

- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and drive store performance.
- Train, develop, and evaluate staff performance; provide coaching to improve skills and productivity.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for both customers and employees.
