We are currently looking for someone to assume the role of Assistant Inventory Manager for our Murfreesboro location.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain appropriate seasonal inventory levels, both on-site and in storage
- Be responsible for opening and closing the store
- Ability to execute company floor-sets
- Become familiar with brands, products, and prices to buy used clothing and accessories
- Restock store according to merchandising plans
- Provide guidance and training to junior employees
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Retail and leadership experience
- Flexible availability (weekdays, weeknights, weekends, select holidays, etc)
- Ability to perform duties with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Easy adaptation to a new and fast-paced environment
- Ability to commute to offsite storage
