Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Associate / Buyer at Plato’s Closet West Little Rock, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with customers, buy and evaluate gently used clothing, and work with a vibrant, positive team. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers with enthusiasm, provide assistance, answer questions, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
• Buying Process: Assist in buying gently used clothing and accessories, evaluating the condition and value of items, and helping customers understand the selling process.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current trends and popular brands to better serve customers and assist with buying and selling.
• Store Operations: Assist with merchandising, pricing, and inventory management to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years old or older to apply.
• Must be able to work at least 2 shifts per week, including weekends, night shifts, and most* holidays.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Open availability, including weekends and night shifts
