We are looking for an Assistant Manager with great customer service skills, hard work ethic and flexible availability. Great employee discounts, first dibs at all our great daily arrivals, and flexible schedules are available.

The ideal candidate should have work experience in a leadership role in retail/ or a similar fast-paced, detail-oriented field.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in managing and promoting all aspects of the business; including but not limited to buying, pricing, sales, merchandising, loss prevention, training and managing staff.
• Promote a high level of customer service and continually strive for innovative solutions and alternatives in bettering the business.
• Assisting in Interviewing, hiring, training for all positions.
• Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
• Ensuring task and day to day task are completed.

Requirements:

• Work experience in a leadership role in retail/ or a similar fast-paced, detail-oriented field.
• Ability to work 32-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Strong organizational/planning and computer skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of all store operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
