Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily store operations
- Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Motivate and direct store teams to maximize productivity and profitability
- Communicate daily and weekly store goals to the team
- Promote exceptional customer service through coaching, training, and role modeling
- Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards
- Uphold all operational policies and procedures
- Buy gently used clothing and accessories to meet company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and impeccably honest
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service, communication, organization, and follow-through skills

Working Conditions and Expectations
- Required to work 40-42 hours per week, including 2 nights and rotating weekends
- Frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting
- Vision, coordination, and reading requirements consistent with inspecting items closely and efficiently
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
