WAGES ARE BASED ON THE HOURS YOU WORK AND WHEN YOU ARE AVAILABLE! YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A MINIMUM OF 15 HOURS A WEEK ANYTHING LESS THAN THAT AND IT WON'T WORK FOR US.

WE START AT $16.OO PER HOUR AND YOU CAN ADD ON THESE AMOUNTS IF THIS IS YOUR COMMITMENT TO US:

$1 IF YOU HAVE RETAIL CASH REGISTER EXPERIENCE

$1 IF YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK 30 HOURS A WEEK

$2 IF YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK 40 HOURS A WEEK

$1 IF YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK ALWAYS WORK UNTIL 8:30 PM , WHEN WE CLOSE

$1 PER HOUR IF YOU WORK BOTH WEEKEND DAYS

Here is a list of the positions we are currently hiring to train for our spring and summer seasons:

Back Room/Product Processing- Tag, censor and hang the product we process every day. You will be responsible for answering the phones. You must be available to work Saturday or Sunday for a minimum of a 6 hour shift.

Floor Associates- Keep clothes hung and organized and assist with fitting rooms. This is a part time positions and you must be available to work one weekend day.

Sales Associates- Check out customers and work the sales Floor. Part time includes working one day on the weekend.

Buyers- On top of being a floor associate and sales associate you will learn how to select and choose the merchandise we buy and sell to customers. This is a full or part time position based off your needs.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in maintaining the store's appearance, managing inventory, and supporting sales initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Supervise junior staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

• Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
• Knowledge of retail math concepts is an advantage.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
