We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and support. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their needs, managing transactions, processing and completing buy transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your ability to engage with customers and promote our products will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Learn about the buy process and become buyer certified.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries or issues over the phone.
- Process sales transactions using POS systems efficiently.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs.
Experience

- People with retail and resale experience encouraged to apply!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
