Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant I in the Assessor's Office performs a variety of routine adminstrative, clerical, and secretarial duties in support of the Assessor's Office. This position serves as a receptionist and interacts with the public to provide customer service.
Essential Functions Include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as first point of contact for walk-in customers of Assessor Office
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Assist public with homestead and personal property filings
- General office duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail Orientation
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age to be eligible for hire
- Must be a citizen of the United States
