Job summary
The senior environmental engineer is an integral member of the environmental team and works to optimize environmental performance to support Platte River’s vision, mission, and values.
Key areas of focus include environmental project and program management. This role must keep up with the latest environmental regulations and oversee work performed by consultants and contractors. We are looking for someone with strong people skills, who is also detail-oriented and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Schedule and environment
This position works onsite at Platte River's Rawhide Energy Station in an industrial power plant environment. The work week is typically Monday through Thursday, 6 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm. After-hours or overtime work is required from time to time to respond to urgent matters.

This is a salaried exempt role that is paid bi-weekly. Factors that may be used to determine actual pay include specific skills, years of experience, education, and certifications.
