The Girls Golf Head Coach provides leadership and supervision for team and individual sports, and works closely with the other staff and administration of the Grand Island Public Schools.

- Coordinates and supervises the Golf program and team.
- Promote an appreciation of teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Coordinates the design of a training program, practice, practice plans, and game program.
- Coordinates the organization and supervision of the athletes to assure that the program is properly implemented.
- Ensure that all athletic activities conform to GIPS standards and policies.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the school district and community.
