About The Role

We seek an entrepreneurial and highly proactive Senior Backend Engineer to own and guide the technical development and execution of our enterprise product roadmap across various industries, especially with on-the-go sales and healthcare. This role will lead the creation and development of our agentic platform for enterprises, leading automation and API integrations with LLMs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, including product management, research, hardware engineering, and GTM, to bring our enterprise products from concept to reality.

The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with several years of experience recruiting and managing a small team with a proven track record of building and shipping effectively a zero to one enterprise product. You should be a hands-on leader who can balance technical depth with interpersonal and organizational excellence, empowering teams and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end technical development and execution of our enterprise services roadmap, ensuring alignment between company objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee the entire agentic product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring excellent product market fit by setting clear goals and milestones.
• Lead the development and implementation of automation and API integrations to enhance our product capabilities and user experience without compromising security, privacy, nor quality.
• Research and implement new AI technologies that can be integrated into our agentic solutions.
• Communicate tangible technical vision, decisions, and project statuses clearly and effectively to executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering an innovative culture of BUILDERS.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different functions between the US and global teams.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Hands on builder: 5 years of experience in professional software development, ideally in building and scaling enterprise solutions.
• Our tech stack: Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, or similar technology.
• Infrastructure: Familiar with cloud-based infrastructure like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proven track record: Experience envisioning and delivering an effectively zero to one product to enterprise customers.
• Passionate about AI: A deep understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, limitations, and potential applications.
• Technical depth: Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of technologies with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and languages.
• Ownership: Ideal candidate will have previously been the first technical lead at an early stage high growth startup, with an emphasis on owning a project from conception to deployment.
• Inspirational vision: Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach.
• Structured thinker: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Academic achievement: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline).
