Location: Chicago, IL (Work form office 2-4 days in a month)

Job description
- Responsible for end to end delivery of infra services in efficient and timely manner for team working in 24x7 basis.
- Lead 50 technical members at offshore & Onsite
- Understand the technology and enterprise infrastructure in- Network, Servers, security, EUC, ServiceDesk, Cloud, etc
- Should be able to lead and drive the technical team. Should be able have face to face session, meetings with customer.
- Work as single point of contact for customer and front-end delivery
- Manage cost, and focus on improving revenue and Gross margin.
- Minimum of 10 Years’ experience in Technical Projects Management related activities. And other criteria include
- Sound foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture
