Play City is a vibrant, family-oriented amusement center, offering a dynamic space for kids to play, learn, and celebrate. We are opening locations in Rancho Cucamonga CA and Vista CA, and we’re looking for a passionate Social Media & Marketing Manager to help share our story and engage with our community.
Position Overview
The Social Media & Marketing Manager will be based at our Rancho Cucamonga location and oversee the marketing efforts for both Rancho Cucamonga and Vista. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing our online presence, and executing marketing campaigns to increase awareness, drive customer engagement, and grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote Play City’s offerings, events, and updates.
- Create high-quality, engaging content, including photography, videos, and graphics, tailored to various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and engaging with followers.
- Plan and execute digital and in-house marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional materials and advertising strategies.
- Monitor analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with both Rancho Cucamonga and Vista teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Capture high-quality photos of our facilities, events, and services for marketing use.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and marketing
- Strong photography and basic photo editing skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with marketing tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms.
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across two locations.
Preferred Skills
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
- Experience in event marketing or working in family entertainment centers.
- Knowledge of the Rancho Cucamonga and Vista areas.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position based in Rancho Cucamonga, with occasional travel to Vista.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
