Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Play It Again Sports. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to create a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring that the store meets its operational goals.

Duties

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and increase foot traffic.
• Oversee shift management to ensure smooth transitions between team members.
• Maintain accurate administrative records related to sales, inventory, and employee performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and upper management regarding store performance and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of stock management processes and inventory control.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Experience in wireless sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
