- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and policies.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Utilize basic math skills to assist customers with pricing and transaction calculations.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance on customer service best practices.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Strong phone etiquette to ensure professional communication with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
