Play It Again Sports is seeking enthusiastic and sports minded individuals to join our team! We are looking for customer service representatives who will do what it takes to get the job done. We are looking for Part Time Sales Associates (20 hours,) to help promote all aspects of the business including but not limited to buying, selling, pricing, cleaning, merchandising and promote a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner.
As a Part Time Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for:
- Greet customers immediately, determine their needs, and handle all transactions in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Become familiar with products, brands, and prices and make recommendations of products, including features and benefits to suit customers’ needs.
- Clean and restock merchandise. Follow store housekeeping and maintenance standards and procedures.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills towards growth and promotion to future opportunities.
- Part Time Hourly Position - 20 hours per week.
As a Part Time Retail Sales Associate you will receive:

Qualifications:
- Prior retail and/or customer service experience.
- Sales and goal oriented.
- Flexibility to work day, evening, and/or weekend shifts.
- Ability to work well as a team member, accept constructive feedback, and follow directions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Part Time - Able to work 20 hours per week.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day.
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 40lbs. Without assistance. May involve heavier lifting with assistance of another team member or care/dolly.
- Bending, rotating and reaching conducive to a retail environment and to receiving, pricing, cleaning, and stocking merchandise.
- Exposure to typical retail environment conditions and noise levels.
