We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- No experience required but a knowledge and/or background in Sports will help in customer communication and learning the product
```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate product features
- Assist customers with their purchase decisions and offer suitable recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Assist in inventory management and replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- No experience required but a knowledge and/or background in Sports will help in customer communication.
