Currently, we are in search of an passionate, self-motivated Youth Soccer Coach/League Instructor to join our Sunterra Community.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for soccer and kids, looking to grow and establish a successful youth soccer league in the Sunterra Community in Katy, TX.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate soccer training sessions
- Teach fundamental soccer skills
- Provide guidance and support to young athletes
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
- Organize and supervise practice sessions and games
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
**Experience:**
- Experience coaching youth soccer teams preferred
- Knowledge of basic soccer rules and strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
**Skills:**
The following skills are either required or nice-to-have for the role of Soccer Coach:
- Childcare experience
- Behavior management skills
- Ability to educate young athletes on sportsmanship and teamwork
