- Engage & Inspire Young Minds: Lead fun, hands-on activities that promote learning, creativity, and curiosity for children from infancy through school age.
- Create a Warm & Supportive Environment: Foster a classroom where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn every day.
- Build Strong Relationships: Connect with students and families to create a positive, welcoming community.
- Partner with Parents: Keep parents informed about their child’s progress and milestones through open, friendly communication.

Qualifications:
- Experience & Education: Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or a related field is a plus! We welcome candidates with at least 12 ECE units or those willing to enroll in early childhood education courses to meet the requirements.
- Passion for Children: A love for working with young learners and a commitment to creating a warm, engaging, and supportive environment.
- Strong Connections: Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Patience & Positivity: A calm, encouraging approach to guiding children through their early learning experiences.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues. Bilingual candidates are highly valued but not required.

Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
