Job Summary
We couldn't agree more with the words of Peter Gray, "You cannot teach creativity, all you can do is let it blossom and it blossoms in play." The primary focus of the Play Street Museum Experience Specialist is to help create and maintain an environment where families can do just that...be creative!
20 hours a week. Must be available on some weekday mornings/afternoons and weekends. Thursday and Friday availability necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service in person and while answering phone inquiries.
- Opens and closes the museum as needed.
- Greets customers and registers them to play.
- Keeps all areas of the museum clean.
- Keeps a balanced register drawer.
- Implements any and all procedures during an emergency.
- Promptly reports all guest service issues to the Franchisee and/or Manager.
- Hosts birthday parties, special events, and play times
- Set up Weekly Featured Activities and Daily Enrichment Activities
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Experience with children preferred.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time, bend and lift 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must provide documentation of legal U.S. residency.
- Must be able to manage tasks quickly and efficiently.

- Store Manager
