Job Description
- As our General Manager, you will oversee various tasks including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- You will ensure consistency, palatability, and flavor conformity of products, investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, and accommodations, and schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You must have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of business and management principles, and the ability to communicate effectively. You should also be proficient in sales and marketing strategies, personnel recruitment and selection, and labor relations and negotiation.
