You will be responsible for helping new customers pick a superfood for them and using your own personal skills to create them. What You'll Do :
Assist Manager in overseeing all marketing, catering & events for Playa Bowls Boston-area locations.Must have a car and ability to drive to and execute on events (including set up and break down).Assist Manager in tracking all in-bound / out-bound events, sponsorships, festivals, etc. Expect to be onsite to assist in preparation and execution.Assist Manager in tracking all catering (ezCater and in-store) inquiries, orders and requests. Expect to be onsite to assist in preparation and execution.Assist in tracking all store-level fundraisers and donations.Assist in tracking our local-level Playa Bowls Athlete program.Coordinate with management and individual stores on event staffing, product management, catering orders.Coordinate with our Social Media Manager on upcoming events, giveaways, and other promotions.Focus on outreach for catering and events, building on a master contact list.Hold team accountable for excellence in product quality, consistency and execution, speed of service, cleanliness and maintenance, and customer service.Foster Positive Energy in the work environment to accomplish business results (increased customer counts, increased sales, and increased profits).Meet quarterly financial and operational targets.What You Bring :
Previous experience (and / or degree) in marketing or event coordinationHighly organized and detail-orientedAn effective communicator and a team playerThe ability to pitch in where needed and able to do what it takes to get the job doneProficiency in MS Office : Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPointStrong work ethic and an enthusiasm to grow with us!And most importantly, FUN
