Location: Playa Bowls Springboro, Ohio
Position: Full Time 40-45 hours, must be able to work weekends

What began as a pair of blenders, a patio table, and fridge has flourished into a 200 unit operation and franchisor of the leading fast casual restaurant concept.

What you’ll do:
Manager: Managers are to be trustworthy, show exemplary work performance and demonstrate responsibility and maturity while working. They are comfortable delegating work and should excel at doing such in a manner that prioritizes the needs of the shop. The Manager carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws. The Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, scheduling, training Team Members, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining Team Members, addressing complaints and resolving problems. The Manager is directly responsible for a full team of Shift Leads and Team Members.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check products to ensure consistency, palatability, and flavor conformity
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service and accommodations
- Schedule and receive food, beverage and packaging deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity
- Schedule Shift Lead/Team Members' hours utilizing appropriate systems/software and assign duties to ensure economical
- use of food and timely preparation
- Cover shifts as needed if no call/no show or call offs occur
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing, and presentation of food to endure that food is prepared and
- presented up to Company standards
- Keep records required by government agencies regarding sanitation and food subsidies when appropriate
- Respond to any reviews on Google and any other platforms
- Establish and evaluate standards for personnel performance and guest service
- Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance or safety
- Perform some food preparation or service tasks such as cooking, cleaning, clearing tables, and serving food and drinks when necessary
- Maintain food and equipment inventories and keep inventory records once per week
- Organize and direct work training programs, resolve personnel problems, possibly help hire and evaluate Team Member performance in dining facility
- Order and purchase equipment supplies
- Assess Team Members needs and possibly recruit Team Members using Company methods such as advertisements or attendance at jog fairs
- Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs and coordinate a variety of services such as waste removal and pest control
- Utilize point of sales cash register and count money
- Fill out business government forms, maintain records, reports or files and safety reports
- Adhere to Company opening and closing procedures and maintain accompanying records
- Delegate work to Team Members in an appropriate and responsible manner
- Effectively manage labor
- Manage and record inventory levels throughout the shifts and at the end of the day
