Are you a passionate, hands-on marketing professional eager to build a brand and drive engagement? Flipadvisory, a division of Flipartner, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our subscription-based SKOOL community and grow our Flipadvisory application and mentorship programs.
This full-time, in-person role is based in Irvine, CA, offering $32/hr with significant growth opportunities.
About the Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
✅ Content Management – Overseeing, creating, and optimizing content across social media and YouTube
✅ Engagement & Lead Generation – Driving community growth and increasing subscriptions to our SKOOL community
✅ Video Editing & Content Creation – Enhancing podcast visibility and promotional content
✅ Social Media Strategy – Managing YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms to funnel leads to our mentorship programs
✅ Supporting Webinars & One-on-One Mentorships – Working alongside our founder to promote live training sessions
✅ Paid ad experience - Managing and optomizing Youtube, Meta, and PPC ads

Qualifications:
✔ 3 years of marketing experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
✔ Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
✔ Proficiency in YouTube growth strategies (BIG PLUS) *Priority Platform
✔ Experience with SKOOL community platforms (PLUS) *Traffic will be pushed here
✔ Familiarity with Go High Level CRM (PLUS) * Data Management
✔ Strong content creation and video editing skills

Schedule:
