Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand visibility in the B2B sector.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketers, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and subject matter experts to create integrated marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing campaigns, ROI, and KPIs.
- Stay current with industry trends and partner and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and market differentiation.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, content marketing initiatives, and digital campaigns.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in B2B marketing with direct experience at an advertising agency.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and persuasive copywriting.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
- Located near San Diego and able to work in-office 2-3 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands on experience buying, optimizing, or measuring digital media.
- Experience with lift testing, multi-channel attribution tools & methodologies.
- Experience working on a Growth team for a consumer-focused brand
- Experience at Google or Facebook in an advertising focused role (sales, measurement).
