About the position
The Director of Customer Success will be expected to over see a small team of cs reps and help deliver superior support services to our customers by reinforcing our customers' success and differentiating us from our competitors. He/she will deliver positive change to improve service levels, increase customer satisfaction, reduce resolution times, and ultimately contribute to increasing customer retention and revenue growth all while having an eye for continuous improvement. We are looking for a self starter who wants to be a part of building something incredible. Our customer success team is distinguished by a deep care for our clients, a passion for what they do, and an obsession with finding ways to make working with playbook a great experience.
Responsibilities
- must be willing to lead from the front to manage enterprise and large accounts
- must be willing to travel 1-2x months for in person client on-boarding
- must be passionate about sports and making a positive difference in the lives of sports business owners
- a creative self starter who can be part of a team while shaping and leading goals and initiatives that are aligned with company strategy
Qualifications
Strongly preferred:
- specific experience with small/medium business software on-boarding and customer success.
- specific experience outsourcing support, on-boarding, and giving support to clients.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
