What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Sporting Event Manager position at Playbook Sports?
We are looking for a temporary event manager to help run our youth athletic event at Ohio Stadium | Columbus on Sun, Apr 6th. This job will run from 8:30 AM - 9:30 PM and compensates at $20/hour for the day. You'll be expected to arrive at the arena to get oriented at 7:30 AM . This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the sports world.
In this position you will work:
- Spectator/player Check-in
- On-field assistance coordinating teams and keeping to schedule
Requirements:
- Sporting event experience preferred
- High-stress tolerance
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good with children
