What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Sporting Event Manager position at Playbook Sports?
We are looking for a Temporary Event Manager to help run our youth athletic event at KFC Yum Center!, Louisville, KY on Jan. 26 (Sunday). This job will run from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and compensates at $20/hour. You'll be expected to arrive at the arena to get oriented at 8:00am. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the sports world.
In this position you will work:
- Spectator/player Check-in
- On-court assistance coordinating teams and keeping to schedule
Requirements:
- Sporting event experience preferred
- High-stress tolerance
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good with children
