Role Description:
We are looking for a temporary event manager to help run our youth athletic event at the Tiger Stadium | Baton Rouge, LA on Sun, Apr 27 . This job will run from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM for both days and compensates at $20/hour for the day. You'll be expected to arrive at the arena to get oriented at 8:00 AM. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to working in the sports world, and get on-field/ice/court at your favorite venue! While this is a temporary opportunity, we often return to these venues multiple times every year, and love to work with individuals we've worked with previously.
In this position you will work:
- Spectator/player Check-in
- On-field assistance coordinating teams and keeping to schedule
Requirements:
- Sporting event experience preferred
- High-stress tolerance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good with children
- An interest in gaining exposure to the sports world
Compensation:
- $20/hour worked
