Through the Playbook Institute, we coach and educate fitness entrepreneurs on how to grow real, revenue-generating brands.
Now, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help us unlock our next level of growth.
About the Role
This is not your average strategist role. We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with creative—especially what’s working right now in the fitness and high-ticket coaching world. You’ll study the market like it’s your sport, and then turn that insight into high-converting creative strategies for both our internal coaching brand and our top-tier fitness creators.
This is a contract role with room to grow into a full-time position for the right person.
You’ll Own Three Key Things:
Market Intelligence
- → Deep-dive competitor research
- → Study top-performing organic and paid fitness content
- → Build swipe files and track emerging creative trends
Angle Brief Development
- → Turn insights into scroll-stopping creative angles
- → Write briefs for ad concepts, UGC prompts, and content hooks
- → Collaborate with designers, editors, and performance marketers
Creative Project Management
- → Drive the production process from idea to launch
- → Keep deliverables on track and ensure quality output
- → Help us scale both coaching and creator campaigns
Who You Are:
- You live and breathe the online fitness world and creator economy
- You’ve worked in performance marketing, content strategy, or creative direction
- You can spot a winning hook in a sea of swipe files
- You’re organized, fast-moving, and creatively dangerous
- You love fitness and you understand the culture (this part really matters)
