Role Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior UX / UI Designer with 5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the user experience and interface design for our cutting-edge software platform. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you’ll shape the digital experiences of racquet sports clubs and their members while driving innovation and best practices across all design efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design of engaging and intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform and refine designs.
Translate complex user needs and business requirements into seamless wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop, implement, and maintain a scalable design system for all products.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure flawless execution of design concepts.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a culture of design excellence.
Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and techniques, applying them to enhance the platform’s UX / UI.

Qualifications :

5 years of experience in UX / UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.

Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, scalable systems and products.

Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Bonus : Familiarity with SaaS platforms or the sports technology industry.
