Job Summary:

Player 15 Group is the sports, entertainment and real estate operating and investment company that owns and operates the Phoenix Suns (NBA), Phoenix Mercury (WNBA), Valley Suns (G League) as well as operations of the downtown Phoenix arena.

Player 15 Group is looking for individuals who are committed to pursuing excellence and creating memorable experiences.

Player 15 Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Content Producer to capture content, produce and editing exceptional storytelling pieces. To provide video production support of the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Valley Suns and Footprint Center and our respective marketing partners on social, broadcast, digital, and in-venue channels. The Content Producer must have exceptional creativity, strong knowledge of video production, and a positive, help the team attitude.

What You Will Do:

• Develop video storytelling concepts for the team, brand, marketing & sales initiatives, partnerships, community engagement.
• Work in all aspects of video production from ideation and planning to execution and delivery.
• Provide video production support to facilitate to the video editing team.

What We Need From Our Content Producer:

• High level of versatility in content creation. Should have experience in producing high-energy basketball content as well as strong storytelling skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Cloud applications. Specifically, Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Experience in all aspects of video production, filming, lighting, and audio.
• The ability to operate in a “one man band” fashion to see projects through from start to finish
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to turn projects in a timely manner.

Experience/ Education Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 3-4 years of professional video production experience. Experience in sports is preferred.

• Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time.
• This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%

• Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person.
• Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
