We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mobile Support Specialist to assist team members with promoting and assisting of PHX ID adoption for guests at the arena.
What You Will Do:
- You will work on-site events (i.e. home games, shows and concerts) in an effort to assist with PHX ID adoption and support
- You will be responsible for all operational needs and activation of the following elements while at events – including helping fans download the team app, assisting with accessing PHX ID questions, and supporting other mobile initiatives
- Facilitate on-site promotions, engage with fans and be the go-to PHX ID guru
- Occasionally you may assist with answering messages and phone calls relating to digital ticketing and PHX ID
- You will be responsible for completing post-event wrap-up forms after every event
- Assist with other tasks on an as-needed basis
What We Need From Our Mobile Support Specialist:
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
- Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Must be able to work most home games, nights/weekends and holidays required
- Requires prolonged standing
- Hardworking, detail oriented and results driven
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to be a team player and enjoy working in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service first mentality
- Patient and able to clearly relay instructions
Experience/ Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service or IT experience preferred

- This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is <5%

- Ability to Read, Write & Speak in English
