Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at a vibrant bowling and arcade center. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience by handling bowling lane activation, shoe rental, payments, arcade redemption and customer inquiries at multiple front desks. A passion for hospitality, excellent multitasking skills, and a commitment to creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Handle bowling , cancellations, modifications and arcade redemption in a timely manner.
- Answer all customer queries and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date.
- Utilize POS systems for booking management and customer information.
- Provide information about all the attractions and services in the place.
- Keep the designated areas clean when ever time permits.
Experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience as attended at amusement parks like bowling allies and arcade places is advantageous.
