Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Referee role located in Chicago, IL at Players Sport & Social Group. The Referee will be responsible for officiating sports games and ensuring fair play, providing guidance and enforcing rules during games, and promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of sports rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to make quick and fair decisions
- Experience in officiating sports games
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Previous experience in sports leagues or events is beneficial
