As our Marketing Specialist , you'll bring our brand to life through engaging social media content, video creation, email marketing, and community engagement. You'll get hands-on with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities to capture their playful, adorable, and heartwarming moments-because what's better than a job where dogs are your daily inspiration?
What You'll Do :
Create, plan & schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
Capture and edit engaging videos & photos featuring our furry guests in daycare, training, and play sessions.
Design eye-catching graphics & marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, and events.
Engage with our online community, responding to pet parents and creating conversations that build brand loyalty.
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and visibility.
Promote special events, seasonal campaigns, and educational pet care content.
Work closely with leadership & third-party partners to develop campaigns and promotional initiatives.
What We're Looking For :
A true dog lover - You'll work directly with dogs daily, capturing content in an active environment.
Social media savvy - Experience managing and growing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Creative & strategic mindset - Ability to tell a brand's story through engaging content.
Strong writing & communication skills - Capable of crafting compelling captions, blogs, and marketing materials.
Video & photo editing skills - Familiarity with tools like Canva, Capcut, Filmora or similar software.
Marketing experience - A degree in Marketing, New Media, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience preferred.
Comfort in a fast-paced, dog-filled environment - Expect tail wags, puppy kisses, and some barking!
